This easy to read book is a excellent source for all new Essential Oil users. It is brightly colored and easy to follow. The fact that EO's have a variety of uses creates the impression of contradiction. When the individual oils are studied in detail you will see the reason for the choices of the author. My daughter suggested it as a primer for all new users since it is so basic. Love this book. Learn from it; then expand your learning with the study of the properties of individual oils.
Provides false information and unsafe practices. Please do not follow the recommendations in this book and consult a certified aromatherapist.
Not much info and some info is conflicting with other oil sources
I love the fact that these authors are NOT AFRAID to give CONFLICTING but correct information. For example with a child Melissa oil should never be considered a mild oil! Of course the authors disagree with other sources suggestions for ailments because there are certain oils that are safe for adults that should not be used in the same fashion for a child or baby for safety reasons. Thank you Ladies for being bold enough to give information that is pertinent to kids! It has been a long time coming!!!
